Scheduling a Retreat
To schedule a retreat, please contact us with the details of dates you wish to reserve and the intention of your retreat. Let us know whether your retreat will be self guided or if you wish to schedule sessions during your stay at the Hermitage with either Jillian or Elizabeth. You can check if your chosen Forest Hermitage dates are available by visiting the Airbnb link. Please note that if you are scheduling sessions with Elizabeth or Jillian, it will be essential to determine their availability in coordination with your desired retreat schedule.
You might want to write and reflect a bit on your intentions for your time at The Forest Hermitage, to find more clarity about what you wish to receive from the gifts of time away in solitude, stillness and reflection.
Here is a list of what you might want to bring:
Layers for changing temperatures, and rain jacket, pants and boots
Hiking boots and/or comfortable walking shoes
Food for preparing your own meals, unless you have made other arrangements
Books and other sources of inspiration
Art Supplies (some basic supplies are on site)
Yoga Props (mats, blocks, belts and blankets are on site)
Headlamp “just in case.”
Technology, if you are not “fasting” from it as part of your retreat. Wifi is available.
